Green Room Events will assist you in arranging a meeting for a small number of people through to a large conference catering for hundreds.  We will help with a particular part of your event or the whole thing.  The services we offer at Green Room Events are designed to assist you with certain aspects or the whole event.  These services are a guide as to what we offer.  If you are looking for a particular service that is not shown below, then please contact us.  We are happy to discuss any special requirements and will quote accordingly.

 

 

The full corporate event planning service is here to assist busy businesses with the planning of their event.   We will  assist with the planing of your event, right through to the day itself.  You will initially meet one of our experienced event planners who will identify your specific requirements for your event.  The event planner will be able to offer you suggestions and ideas to help you make the decisions for your final event.  In a follow up meeting we will go through your personal event plan.  The event plan includes all of the details of your requirements, deadlines, etc.  If you are fully satisfied with your personal event plan, Green Room Events will begin booking all of the requirements.  No decisions will be made without consulting you first.

 

Partial corporate event planning service

 

If you've already started planning your event and need some extra assistance then Green Room Events will help.  Green Room Events will pick up the organisation at any stage of the planning and fullfill your requirements to the end.  Green Room Events will take on as much or as little as you require.  You will be assigned an experienced event planner to assist you right through to your event.

  

Venue search 

 

Green Room Events will research venues to your specific requirements.  We will  find the details and information on particular venues to enable you to make the decision as to whether the venue is right for you.  We are also happy to accompany you too several venues to assist with your booking and negotiations.

 

Supplier search 

 

If you are looking for a specific item for your event, we will help you find the supplier(s) who can provide the specific item for you.
