Here at Green Room Events we are aware of the 'credit crunch' and the pressure it puts on a planning your big day.  The way we can help is by you telling us your budget and we will deliver the day you want within that price (including our fee!)  We do this by negotiating the best price with each supplier.  Usually, the savings we make will more than cover our fee.  Contact us to discuss your budget and wedding day requirements.

 

The services we offer at Green Room Events are designed to assist you with certain aspectsof your wedding day or the whole event.  These services are a guide as to what we offer.  If you are looking for a particular service that is not shown below, then please contact us.  We are happy to discuss any special requirements and will quote accordingly.          

The full wedding planning service is here to assist busy bride and grooms with the planning of their dream day.   We will  assist with the planing of your event, right through to the day itself.  You will initially meet one of our experienced wedding consultants who will identify your specific requirements and budget for your wedding day.  The wedding consultant will be able to offer you suggestions and ideas to make your dream day come true.  In a follow up meeting we will go through your personal wedding plan.  The wedding plan includes all of the details

of your requirements, deadlines, etc.  If you are fully satisfied with your personal wedding plan, Green Room Events will begin booking your big day.  No decisions will be made without consulting you first.

If you've already started planning your wedding day and need some extra assistance then Green Room Events will help.  Green Room Events will pick up the organisation at any stage of the planning and fullfil your requirements to the end.  Green Room Events will take on as much or as little as you require.  You will be assigned an experienced wedding consultant to assist you right through to your big day.                       

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Wedding Day Co ordination

 

Green Room Events will assign an event co ordinator to you for the day of your wedding.  Prior to the big day we will meet with you to understand all of your requirements for the day.  We will ensure the day runs smoothly and to plan, giving you time to enjoy the day.  We can also arrange to collect your gifts and cards from the wedding venue and keep them safe before returning them to you the following day.
